Full Run Manufacturing
Engine Room Audio 's Full Runs use offset printing or digi (on demand), and glass mastering. Glass Mastering, included in the price of your order, follows ISO 9002 procedures to ensure your duplicated CDs or CD-ROMs are perfect replicas of your original master.
All Full Run prices include a glass master, silk screening, bar code, complete artwork, packaging, shrink wrap, films from your digital art and color match prints.
Once your artwork is approved (please refer to the Templates page for requirements and specifications) allow 10-15 business days to receive your order. Minimum order is 1000 CDs.
If you are providing your own artwork for either Short or Full Run, you will need to supply EngineRoom Audio with complete artwork (refer to Graphics page) and a master of your CD. The above include 3-color silkscreen on disk (add'l colors are .03/unit with a $10 add'l setup charge per color), glass mastering, plating, films, match print (proof of color), collation and shrinkwrap. FOB 245 Canal. Package price includes black trays; colored or clear trays available at a nominal add'l charge. There is no add'l charge for tray card back printing; however, clear trays must be requested with order. Prices include 4-color over 1-color printing. Full color (4 over 4) printing is available at an add'l charge of .25/unit. All orders subject to 10% under or over run. You will only be charged for the actual quantity shipped.

DVD Manufacturing and Replication
- As well as CDs, Engine Room Audio provides Full Run Manufacturing of DVDs for DVD-Audio and DVD-Video at very competitive pricing. Please call us for a quote.
