Session Billing - Engine Room Audio

Engine Room Audio’s booking and payment policies, outlined below, are designed to provide clients a straightforward and positive experience when booking time.

There is a 3-hour booking minimum for any of our studios.
All sessions booked require a 50% deposit for confirmation.
We accept payment in the form of cash and /or credit card.
Matching ID is required for credit and debit card payments.
No files or media will be released until the entire bill is paid.
We do not issue refunds, instead the payment can be used as credit for a session.
The payment page is only to process payments for confirmed sessions.
If the remaining balance has not been collected after the session, it will be processed within 24 hours.
