Headstones’ Album, “Little Army” Peaked on Canadian Albums Chart @#26. Their single, “Devils On Fire” was on Billboard Canadian Rock Chart for 24 weeks and peaked @#6. Their new single, “Broken” is #38 and rising! This album was mastered by one of our mastering engineers, Andy VenDette!
NYCK AT KNIGHT ALBUM
Kirk Knight and Nyck Caution release the album they’ve been working on for quite some time now… “Nyck at Knight” features the very lyrical duo on each song, and the track, “Audiopium” actually features the whole Pro Era family. This album was mastered by Dan Millice, our mastering engineer.
Kirk and Nyck came together in 2013 while messing around in the studio and came up with the name “Nyck at Knight”. Ever since then, it stuck and their fans have been highly anticipating their album, which is now out. Check it out! You can find it on Spotify, iTunes, etc.

Rotimi just released a new mixtape, “Jeep Music Volume 1”, mastered by Mark B Christensen and assistant mastering engineer, Derek Rusinak. This mixtape has a lot of dope songs that include features from T.I, 50 cent, and Kranium. Deep Music Volume 1 is available on iTunes, Google Play, Soundcloud, and Spotify.
DAMIEN ESCOBAR’S ALBUM REACHES #1 ON BILLBOARD
Damien Escobar recently hit the #1 spot on Billboard for classical crossover music with his album, “Boundless”. This album was mixed by our very own Danny Sardy and was also mastered by Mark B. Christensen.
Damien Escobar is a two-time Emmy Award winning artist, whose music derives from Jamaica, Queens. He plays a blend of not only classical, but also hip hop melodies using a violin, which is a very unique form of music. His album, “Sensual Melodies”, has reached over 200k downloads, making it a big hit. This different yet exciting genre has made headlines on many platforms: online, magazines, and much more. He’s featured on Worldstarhiphop.com, Allhiphop.com, People Magazine, and more. We’re lucky to have this gem at our studio.
FERGIE FEATURING NICKI MINAJ & RICK ROSS
Fergie is back with new music! She recently released two singles,
“You already know” (featuring Nicki Minaj) and “Hungry” (featuring Rick Ross). Both singles will be included on her new album, “Double Dutchess”, which is set to release on September 22. Fergie will then also release the long-form video, “Double Dutchess: Seeing Double”. The new releases were mastered by Chief Mastering Engineer Mark B. Christensen.
MR. PROBZ FEATURING ANDERSON PAAK
Mr. Probz and Anderson Paak have united for a new track titled “Gone”.
The new song talks about living life with their busy schedule. Anderson Paak was a great fit because has been very busy this year playing major festivals globally. This is a great collaboration and an exciting release for us as Probz is a close friend of the Engine Room team. The song was mastered by Chief Mastering Engineer, Mark B. Christensen. Probz previously made headlines with his international hit, “Waves”, which was also mastered by Mark. Be on the look out as he is set to release more music in the near future.
Al Green “Let’s Stay Together”- Remastered
The classic album, “Let’s Stay Together” by Al Green is arguably one of the greatest soul albums of all time. Originally recorded in 1972, this album has passed the test of time and is considered a certified classic. Engine Room Audio’s own mastering engineer, Dan Millice was presented with the opportunity to remaster the original recording of this classic record, and he delivered.
